The Graham family started their RV journey with a small, 12-year-old tent trailer in 2017. After heading out on several adventures close to home, the family decided that they were ready for an upgrade so that they could extend their travels with some additional comfort. When moving up to a brand-new 2020 travel trailer, they quickly found that things don't always go as planned with an RV. While the new RV was more comfortable, Tom found that he regularly had to rely on his own DIY skills to keep things running properly.

Tom Graham is the owner and operator of
4G RV Services located in San Diego, CA.
A turning point came less than 48 hours prior to a meticulously planned 2-week summer trip when a cable on their RV slide frayed, resulting in the slide becoming stuck out 18 inches. While Tom was able to successfully repair the slide in time, this time sensitive repair stuck with Tom. He knew he could help other nearby RV’ers get back to RV adventures after learning typical wait times for RV repairs at most shops were 6 to 8 weeks out in San Diego.
One thing that became apparent was the need for a timely, reliable, and local RV expert to help repair problems that arise before, during, or after an RV trip.
After much research and venturing down a few rabbit holes (thanks, YouTube), Tom enrolled in the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) in Athens, TX to become a Certified RV Technician. Over 7 weeks, Tom successfully completed several courses with numerous hours of hands-on diagnostics covering multiple manufacturers of: Water Heaters, Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Refrigerators, Slide Outs, Landing Gear, Stabilizers, and Generators. With this gained knowledge, Tom was ready to properly diagnose and repair a large number of the systems on RV's that tend to incur problems caused by the conditions RVers encounter on the road.

'It is my goal to be honest and timely with all diagnostics and repairs that are presented to me.
I will do everything possible to get you back out on the road enjoying your adventures, after all, that is the reason we all got into RVing in the first place.'
